How can transportation serve everyone, regardless of economic status? I think this report, A Framework for Equity in New Mobility, by Stuart Cohen and Clarrissa Cabansagan of Transform, is a good starting point to evaluate equity of developments in transportation policy and programs. It has lots of good points to work on to include low income people in the three revolutions in Transportation–
